Abstract

In June 2025, year on year (y-on-y) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung inflation rate was 0.99 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.98. The highest y-on-y inflation in Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung was seen in Kabupaten Belitung Timur at 1.66 percent with a CPI of 105.36. While the lowest y-on-y inflation was seen in Kabupaten Bangka Barat at 0.41 percent with a CPI of 102.67.
Year on Year (y-on-y) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung inflation occurred as the price went up as indicated by the increase in almost all of expenditure groups indices, namely: Food, Beverage, and Tobacco Group of 1.78 percent; Clothing and Footwear group of 0.96 percent; Housing. Water. Electricity and Household Fuel Group of 0.35 percent; Furnishings. Household Equipment, and Routine Household Maintenance Group of 0.38 percent; Health Group of 1.60 percent; Transportation Group of 1.04 percent; Recreation, Sports, and Culture Group of 0.92 percent; Food and Beverage Serving Services/Restaurant Group of 0.70 percent; and Personal Care and Other Services Group of 5.24 percent.On the other hand, y-o-y deflation occurred as indicated by the decrease of indices in Information, Communication, and Financial Services Group of 0.37 percent and Education Group of 9.78 percent.
While The Month to Month (m-to-m) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung deflation rate was 0.10 percent and Year to Date (y-to-d) inflation rate was 0.70 percent.
