Abstract

In November 2024, year on year (y-on-y) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung inflation rate was 0.75 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.25. The highest y-on-y inflation in Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung was seen in Tanjung Pandan at 1.68 percent with a CPI of 106.46 while the deflation y-on-y was only seen in Kabupaten Bangka Barat at 30 percent with a CPI of 101.88.

Year on Year (y-on-y) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung inflation occurred as the price went up, as indicated by the increase in almost all expenditure groups indices, namely: Food, Beverage and Tobacco Group of 0.65 percent; Clothing and Footwear group of 1.64 percent; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel Group of 0.61 percent; Health Group of 0.66 percent; Recreation, Sports and Culture Group of 1.57 percent; Education Group of 3.08 percent; Food and Beverage Serving Services/Restaurant Group of 0.87 percent; and the Personal Care and Other Services Group of 2.73 percent. On the other hand, y-o-y deflation occurred as indicated by the decrease of indices in Furnishings, Household Equipment, and Routine Household Maintenance Group of 0.11 percent; Transportation Group of 0.11 percent; and Information, Communication and Financial Services Group of 0.26 percent.

While The Month to Month (m-to-m) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung deflation rate was 0.01 percent and Year to Date (y-to-d) inflation rate was 0.11 percent.
