Abstract

  •  NTP In October 2011, the provincial NTP (NTPp) was recorded at 100.63 or experienced An increase of 0.96 percent over the previous month which reached 99.67.
  •  From 5 Provinces in southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) which compiled the National NTP in October 2011, the three provinces have decreased NTP. The largest decrease in NTP occurred in the Province
    Jambi that is equal to 0.48 percent
  •  The Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) in October 2011 was recorded at 120.37 or experienced An index increase of 0.90 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 119.30.
  •  The Paid Price Index of Farmers (IB) in October 2011 reached 119.62 or experienced The index declined by 0.06 percent from the previous month's value of 119.69.
  •  NTP of each subsector recorded for the Rice & Palawija Subsector (NTP-P) of 85.05, Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H) of 90.64, Subsector Plant of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) of
    117.45, for Livestock Subsector (NTP-Pt) of 95.42 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) of
    90.83.
    In October 2011, deflation occurred in rural areas in the province of Bangka Belitung Islands
    0.10 percent. Deflation was caused by a decrease in the price index in the foodstuffs group
    By 0.52 percent.
