Abstract

  •  NTP In January 2011, the provincial NTP (NTPp) general accounted for 97.47 or experienced An increase of 0.07 percent compared to the previous month which reached 97.40.
  •  From 5 Provinces in southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) which compiled the National NTP in January 2011, 4 Provinces of which experienced increases in NTP and 1 Province decreased NTP index.
    The highest increase of NTP occurred in Bengkulu Province by 0,51 percent
  •  The Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) in January 2011 was recorded at 113.76 or experienced An index increase of 1.28 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 112.32.
  •  The Paid Price Index of Farmers (IB) in January 2011 reached 116.72 or experienced An index increase of 1.22 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 115.31.
  •  NTP of each subsector recorded for the Rice & Palawija Subsector (NTP-P) of 84.77, Horticulture Sub-sector (NTP-H) of 94.81, Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) by
    109,17, for Livestock Sub-sector (NTP-Pt) equal to 94,97 and Fishery Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) equal to
    89.77.
  • In January 2011, inflation occurred in rural areas in the province of Bangka Belitung Islands 1.61 percent. Inflation is due to the rise in the price index in some groups, among others:
    Foodstuffs group; Finished food groups; Clothing group; Health groups; group
    Education, recreation and sports; Transport and communication groups.
