Abstract

  •  NTP In January 2012, the provincial NTP (NTPp) was recorded at 99.70 or experienced Decreased 0.87 percent compared to the previous month which reached 100.58.
  •  From 5 Provinces in southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) which compiled the National NTP in January 2012, the four provinces have decreased NTP. Increase in NTP only occurs in the Province
    Lampung that is equal to 0.68 percent
  •  The Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) in January 2012 was recorded at 120.45 or experienced The index decreased by 0.30 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 120.81.
  •  The Paid Price Index of Farmers (IB) in January 2012 reached 120.81 or experienced An index increase of 0.58 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 120.12.
  • NTP of each subsector recorded for the Rice & Palawija Subsector (NTP-P) of 84.91, Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H) of 91.72, Subsector Plant of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) of
    115.45, for Livestock Sub-sector (NTP-Pt) of 96.31 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) of
    89.72.
  •  In January 2012, inflation occurred in rural areas in the province of Bangka Belitung Islands 0.73 percent. Inflation is due to the rise in the price index in some groups, among others:
    Groups of foodstuffs, processed food groups; Housing groups; Clothing group;
    Health groups; Education, recreation and sports groups.
