Abstract

The city of Tanjungpandan in June 2014 was inflation of 0.83 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 116.28.

Inflation in June 2014 occurred due to price increase indicated by the rise of Price Index Consumers in the foodstuff category 0.66 percent; Finished food groups, beverages, cigarettes, and
Tobacco 0.24 percent; Housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group 0.21 percent; group
Clothing 5.90 percent; Health group 0.16 percent; Education, recreation and sports groups
0.03 percent and the transport, communication and financial services group 1.14 percent.

June 2014 calendar inflation rate of 3.74 percent and year-on-year inflation rate (June2014 to June 2013) of 9.77 percent.

Commodity groups contributing to inflation in June 2014, namely: the material group Food 0.19 percent; Finished food, beverages, cigarette and tobacco 0.05 percent; group
Housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel 0.05 percent; Clothing group 0.41 percent; group
Health 0.01 percent; And the 0.12 percent transport, communication and financial services group. While
Education, recreation and sports groups do not contribute to June inflation
2014.
