Abstract

  • Tanjungpandan in March 2015 a deflation of 1.97 percent in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 123.59.
  • Deflation in March 2015 is due to the decrease in the price indicated by the decline in CPI in foodstuffs at 6.81 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel 0.15 percent; and education, recreation, and sport 0.31 percent. While the food, drinks, cigarettes, and tobacco rose 0.11 percent; clothing group rose 0.07 percent; and in the transport, communications, and financial services rose 1.24 percent. While health groups tend to be stable or not to change the index.
  • The inflation rate of the calendar year (January - March 2015) amounted to -2.55 percent and the inflation rate year-on-year (March 2015 to March 2014) amounted to 7.07 percent.
  • The group contributed / deflationary in March 2015, which is 2.08 percent foodstuffs; housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel 0.03 percent; and education, recreation, and sport 0.02 percent .. The food, drinks, cigarettes, and tobacco inflation contributed 0.02 percent; clothing group 0.001 percent; and in the transport, communications, and financial services 0.14 percent. While health groups do not contribute / contribution to inflation.
