June 2018, Pangkalpinang Inflation 1.82% and CPI 140.44

In June 2018 Kota Pangkalpinang experienced inflation of 1.82 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 140.44.
Inflation was attributable to rising prices as indicated by the increase in some expenditure group indexes: foodstuffs by 3.41 percent; housing, water, electricity and fuel group by 0.04 percent; clothing group by 0.09 percent; health group by 0.52 percent; recreational and sports education groups by 0.04 percent; as well as the transport, communication and financial services group by 5.67 percent. While the group of finished food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco are still stable.
The inflation rate for the calendar year of June 2018 was 2.55 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (June 2018 to June 2017) was 2.98 percent.
The core component in June 2018 experienced inflation of 0.37 percent; a volatile component of inflation of 3.47 percent; and the government-set inflation component of 4.28 percent.
Province of Bangka Belitung Islands June 2018 experienced inflation of 1.63 percent with CPI of 140.83.
