Abstract

The number of guests staying at the five-star hotel in Bangka Belitung Province in December 2015 there were 27 997 people. This number decreased 1.05 percent compared to the previous month the number of guests at 28 294 people (Table 1). A decrease in the number of guests happen on the number of foreign guests and domestic guests. Foreign guests was down as much as 20 people (0.07 percent). While domestic guests was down as much as 297 people (0.01 percent).
Room occupancy rate (TPK) star in Bangka Belitung Province in December 2015 amounted to 45.73 percent (Table 2), down 5.41 point compared to November 2015 the value of TPK amounting to 51.14 percent.
TPK highest five-star hotel by district / city in December 2015 is in Central Bangka regency (56.64 percent), followed by the District of Belitung (50.44 percent) and Pangkalpinang (45.32 percent). While TPK Bangka only 22.90 percent.
In December 2015, the average length of stay of the total at the five-star hotel for 1.86 days, decreased when compared to the previous month. During December, the average length of stay (2.62 days) shorter than the 0.76 days of Indonesian guests (1.86 days).
