In order to strengthen performance accountability, BPS Kep. Bangka Belitung Province held a meeting to set targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare a 2025 Performance Agreement for all Regional Work Units.
  • This meeting aims to align the targets of each work unit with the organization's strategic goals, and ensure that the indicators set are measurable and realistic.
  • The results will be the main reference in the Performance Agreement document, as a form of joint commitment in supporting the achievement of BPS overall goals.
