The BPS Statistics Dissemination Directorate Team once again held a PEKPPP Coaching Clinic for the BPS PEKPPP Team throughout Indonesia with the theme "HR Professionalism and Innovation" and the resource person was the Young Expert Librarian of the Statistics Dissemination Directorate, Irvan Rahman Saleh.

In this activity, five assessment elements were explained in the aspect of HR professionalism and two assessment elements in the aspect of innovation along with examples of supporting evidence for their implementation.
