BPS of Bangka Belitung Islands Province held a Coaching Clinic on the Monitoring and Evaluation Aspects of Public Service Delivery Performance (PEKPPP). The activity was attended by the PEKPPP Team of BPS Province and Regency/City throughout Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

With a focus on increasing human resource capacity, the Coaching Clinic plays a role in strengthening service ethics and providing an in-depth understanding of service standards that focus on community needs.
