Inflation Control Preparatory Meeting Prior Fasting and Eid Al-Fitr 2023

A Preparatory Meeting for Inflation Control ahead of the 2023 Fasting and Eid al-Fitr was held at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Bank Indonesia initiated the meeting to synchronize various efforts to control food prices and implement inflation control programs in the 2022-2024 Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) Roadmap.

Head of the BPS Provincial Office for the Bangka Belitung Islands, Toto Haryanto Silitonga, conveyed several vital points in controlling inflation to face the 2023 Fasting and Eid Al-Fitr. 

It is expected that the food distribution chain can be appropriately managed so that there is no food shortage in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
