PEKPPP 2025 Coaching Clinic

BPS Kep. Bangka Belitung Province held a PEKPPP 2025 Coaching Clinic on Consultation and Complaints Aspects which was attended by BPS Districts / Cities in the Province of Kep. Bangka Belitung.
Sari Sisilianingsih as Coord. Consultation and Complaints Team of BPS Prov. Kep Babel said that handling complaints by government institutions is not only a routine responsibility, but also an important measure in assessing the ability of these institutions to manage public services effectively.
