Analysis of the Results of the 2019 Data Needs Survey for the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been carried out by the Central Statistics Agency of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province through the Statistical Dissemination and Services Section since 2005.
In 2019, BPS again held SKD in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The results of the 2019 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
