Abstract

The export value of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in August 2024 was US$220.92 million, an increase of 65.06 percent compared to July 2024. Compared to the previous year (y on y), the export value also increased by 41.68 percent. 
  • Tin exports in August 2024 will reach US$190.63 million. When compared to the previous year (y on y) the value increased by 49.15 percent.
  • Non-tin exports are dominated by animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15). In August 2024 the value will be US$9.15 million or 51.44 percent of the total non-tin exports of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province.
  • The import value of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in August 2024 is US$0.77 million. This value decreased by 67.82 percent compared to July 2024. 
  • In August 2024, there will be oil and gas and non-oil and gas import activities dominated by oil and gas imports amounting to US$0.70 million.
  • Non-oil and gas imports during January-August 2024 were dominated by ships and floating buildings amounting to US$2.38 million.
