Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers departing from the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in June 2024 was recorded at 49.84 thousand people, an increase of 66.88 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-June 2023), the flow of departing passengers increased by 23.78 percent.
The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers arriving in the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in June 2024 was recorded at 41.09 thousand people. This number increased 24.33 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-June 2023), the flow of incoming passengers decreased by 0.05 percent.
The volume of goods loaded at the port in June 2024 was 291.18 thousand tons, an increase of 9.91 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 264.92 thousand tons.
The volume of goods unloaded during June 2024 was 119.49 thousand tons, an increase of 7.78 percent compared to the previous month which was 110.86 thousand tons.
The number of air transportation passengers departing from the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in June 2024 was recorded at 72.99 thousand people, an increase of 8.33 percent compared to the previous month.
The number of passengers coming to the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung using air transportation in June 2024 was recorded at 71.73 thousand people, an increase of 0.34 percent compared to the previous month.
