Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers departing from the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2023 was recorded at 28.42 thousand people, down 6.55 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-September 2022), the flow of departing passengers increased by 3.80 percent.

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers arriving in the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in September 2023 was recorded at 32.53 thousand people. This number decreased by 6.41 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-September 2022), the flow of arriving passengers decreased by 6.11 percent.

The volume of goods loaded at the port in September 2023 was 304.21 thousand tons, a decrease of 13.41 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 351.33 thousand tons.

The volume of goods unloaded during September 2023 was 116.87 thousand tons, a decrease of 7.96 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 126.98 thousand tons.

The number of air transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in September 2023 was recorded at 72.17 thousand people, an increase of 0.60 percent compared to the previous month.

The number of passengers coming to the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung by using air transportation in September 2023 was recorded at 71.48 thousand people, a decrease of 2.77 percent compared to the previous month.
