Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province of the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in August 2022 was recorded at 35,812 people. This number decreased by 18.67 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month, which was 44,033 people. The number of domestic guests fell 18.84 percent while the number of foreign guests rose 6.78 percent.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in the Province of the Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in August 2022 reached 32.65 percent, down 6.11 points compared to the TPK in July 2022 which was recorded at 38.77 percent.
  • The highest ROR for star hotels by district/city in August 2022 was in Pangkalpinang City at 39.51 percent and the lowest was Bangka Regency with 15.92 percent.
  • In August 2022, the average length of stay of all guests at star hotels was 1.77 days, a decrease of 0.06 days compared to the previous month.
