Abstract

Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (It) to the index of price paid by farmers (Ib).

NTP is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the terms of trade (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs. The NTP of the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in October 2021 was 131.51, an increase of 2.22 percent compared to the NTP of the previous month. The increase in NTP was due to the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) increased by 2.48 percent, higher than the increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) of 0.26 percent.

Food Crops Subsector NTP (NTP-P) of 99.61; Horticulture sub-sector (NTP-H) of 105.11; People's Plantation Plant Subsector (NTP-R) of 138.12; Livestock sub-sector (NTP-T) of 107.33; Fishery Subsector (NTP-P) is 111.59 with Capture Fisheries Group (NTN) is 112.23 and Cultivated Fisheries Group (NTPi) is 93.33.

In October 2021, there was an increase in the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) of 0.07 percent due to an increase in the index in 5 (five) expenditure groups.

The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in October 2021 was 129.74, an increase of 1.61 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
