Abstract

The export value of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in June 2021 was worth US $ 185.33 million, an increase of 78.38 percent compared to the export value of June 2020.

The export value of tin rose 91.53 percent, and non-tin rose 6.17 percent (y-on-y).

Compared to the previous month (m-to-m), the value of exports fell by 5.88 percent. Tin exports rose 5.82 percent and non-tin exports fell 55.08 percent.

During January-June 2021, South Korea absorbed 14.31 percent (US$121.67 million) of tin exports, while Malaysia absorbed 26.62 percent (US$43.93 million) of non-tin exports.

The export value of animal/vegetable fats and oils (HS 15) in January-June 2021 dominated at US$114.54 million or 69.41 percent of the total non-tin exports of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
