Abstract

NTP In September 2013, the Provincial NTP (NTP Prov) is common at 99.55 or An increase of 0.51 percent compared to the previous month which reached 99.05.

The Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) in September 2013 was recorded at 130.30 or experienced An index increase of 0.36 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 129.83.

The price index paid by farmers (IB) in September 2013 was recorded at 130.89 or experienced The index decreased by 0.15 percent from the previous month's recorded value of 131.08.

NTP of each subsector recorded for the Rice & Palawija Subsector (NTP-P) of 79.97; Horticulture Subsector (NTP-H) of 84.10; Subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R) is equal to
118.44; For Livestock Sub-sector (NTP-Pt) of 97.28 and Fisheries Sub-sector (NTP-Pi) of
90.53.

From 5 Provinces in southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) which compiled the National NTP in September 2013, the five provinces have increased NTP. The increase in NTP occurred in Jambi Province (0.71
Percent) followed by Kep Province. Bangka Belitung (0.51 percent), Lampung Province (0.36 percent), Province
South Sumatra (0.27 percent) and Bengkulu Province (0.27 percent).
