PEKPPP Document Exploration

BPS of Bangka Belitung Islands Province held an activity entitled “Integrating SIPP, Complaint Management, and Facilities to Improve BPS Public Services: PEKPPP Document Exploration”.

The session was attended by PEKPPP teams from both provincial and district/city offices, aiming to strengthen understanding and utilization of the Public Service Implementation Planning and Evaluation Document (PEKPPP).

The exploration focused on integrating the Public Service Information System (SIPP), managing facilities and infrastructure, and optimizing the complaint-handling mechanism—each a critical aspect in enhancing the quality, accountability, and responsiveness of public services within BPS.
