Change Action Plan Seminar for PKA Cohort IX and PKP Cohort XIV 2025

The first classical phase of the blended learning program at the BPS Training Center (Pusdiklat) officially commenced with the Change Action Plan Seminar. This seminar serves as a platform to test the appropriateness and refine the participants’ action plans through constructive feedback from resource persons.

The Head of Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial BPS, Toto H. Silitonga, attended as a mentor, providing guidance and direction to the participants. One of the presenters was Budi Siswandi, Head of Central Bangka District BPS, who actively shared his action plan and received input to improve it.

This activity is a crucial part of BPS staff capacity building, aimed at fostering impactful organizational change and enhancing public service delivery.
