The Technical Training for Computer Officials “Utilization of AI for Public Service Chatbot” by the BPS Training Center was officially closed. 
The training was closed with material about the future challenges of AI which began to shift the basic work sector such as call services that can be handled directly by AI 24 hours. 
The Pusdiklat also reminded us to be able to increase competition independently due to massive & rapid technological developments so that the relevance of technology application can be presented as soon as possible in our work sector and make it even more productive.
