Coaching Integrated Statistical Service Officers (PST) is one of the efforts to improve employee competence, especially in the implementation of public services.
All PST officers receive briefing material ranging from SOPs to the use of various applications that support the realization of excellent service, such as Datapedia, Queuing System, Library Dashboard, to Silastik Backend.
Pretest and Post Test are also carried out to ensure that all service officers have understood the material well.
