This discussion will discuss economic transformation, namely the development of science and technology and innovation, logistics costs, PMTB, and exports of goods and services. In the development of science and technology, it is expected to accelerate the sustainability of productivity in the economic sector. Science and Technology and Innovation expenditure in 2025 is 0.30.

The ratio of PMTB to GDP, recently the PMTB ratio has fallen from around 30 to 28, the hope is that in 2045 it will be above 27-30% of GDP. So that economic growth is not only supported by household consumption but also involves long-term investment.
