ISO internal audits are conducted as a step to ensure compliance and improve the effectiveness of the management system. This audit aims to identify areas that need improvement, provide recommendations for improvement, and assess the suitability of the client's system and management to improve the quality of public services.
The internal audit took place on March 5-13, 2025 using interview and random test methods. This evaluation will also ensure the system's ability to support operations and measure management effectiveness, so that bureaucratic reform can run more optimally.
