  • PPK of related work units are requested to withdraw and deposit to the State Treasury for excess payments and shortfalls in receipts from late fines. Providers are also required to complete THR payments to personnel according to the provisions.
  • As a follow-up, BPS will hold coaching in August 2025, with a mechanism determined by the Finance Bureau, both online and offline, to ensure compliance and optimization of financial management.
