PEKPPP 2025 Target Achievement Plan Meeting

The Head of BPS of Bangka Belitung Province opened an evaluation meeting to improve the quality of public services at various BPS facilities. The main discussion covered six aspects of the PEKPPP assessment, including service policies, HR professionalism, and innovation in providing the best services.

As an effort to improve the Public Service Index (IPP), BPS has established a monitoring and evaluation strategy that includes determining SKD, implementing FGDs on service standards, and improving facilities for vulnerable groups. This step is expected to ensure better service in all BPS Regencies/Cities.
