UBB held a National Seminar to increase statistical literacy among students throughout Sumatra. With the theme "Strengthening Student Interest and Capacity in Facing the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0," the event took place in the Rectorate's Civilization Hall.
BPS Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province played a role in this seminar by presenting the Head of the Statistics Dissemination Team, Ridho Akbar as a resource person who discussed the use of Big Data in statistics. It is hoped that this activity will motivate students to increase their learning capacity in the digital era.
