In order to develop a quality management system, BPS held an ISO 9001:2015 Coaching Clinic for all BPS Provinces in preparation for the ISO 2025 Surveillance Audit. This standard establishes the requirements that organizations need to implement to produce consistent products and services that meet customer expectations and applicable regulations.
