  • BPS Kep Province. Babel held a hybrid Change Champion election which was opened by the Head of BPS Provincial. Kep. Babylon. This activity was attended by all employees to select 9 candidates who would become Change Champions. After going through a strict selection process, each candidate presented a plan for the change program that would be implemented.
  • The Change Champion is tasked with identifying change problems, developing action plans with the team, and carrying out periodic evaluations and monitoring. It is hoped that the selected candidates can implement changes that will have a positive impact on BPS in the future.
