  • BPS carries out socialization of PEKPPP Mandiri Province/Regency/City and ISO 9001:2015. This step is a concrete manifestation of BPS's commitment to improving the quality of public services to be more professional, transparent and of international standard.
  • PEKPPP output: Measurement and improvement of the Public Service Index (IPP) as the main indicator of the quality of services to the community.
  • ISO 9001:2015 output: Implementation of a quality management system to improve organizational performance, customer trust and public service competitiveness.
