The event was held in Pasir Padi Hall, Governor's Office of Prov. Bangka Belitung. The event began with a report from the Head of the Regional Office of DJPb Babel Province, Edih Mulyadi, and continued with remarks by Pj. Governor of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Sugito.

In his remarks, the Pj. Governor conveyed the President's direction to optimize spending to be more efficient and focus on priorities, especially by saving on domestic, foreign, and meeting packages.
