Head of General Affairs of BPS Prov. Kep. Babel opened the Capacity Building for optimizing complaint handling through the online SP4N LAPOR application, attended by all BPS employees in the Kep. Babel Province with resource person Assistant Deputy for Empowerment of Community Participation of the Ministry of PANRB - Winnie Anggraeni Kusumayanti.

This activity is not only a means of education, but also a forum to emphasize commitment in improving the quality of public services. With the spirit of continuous improvement, BPS Babel is ready to move towards adaptive and better services.
