The FGD was opened by the Head of General Affairs of BPS Babel, who highlighted how modern technology and infrastructure have changed business patterns, from marketing to payment.

The event presented resource persons from BPS Babel's Associate Expert Statistician, Sri Hapsari, Plt. Head of the Babel Cooperatives and SMEs Office, Ahmad Yani, and Deputy Chairperson for Education and Human Resources of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Babel, Lukman Hakim Zulfandi, and involved universities, professional associations, and MSME players.

The discussion discussed E-Commerce 2022 data as well as digital transformation strategies and the development of E-Commerce and the potential of MSMEs in the future.
