FGD DJPb customer satisfaction survey

• The Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) of the Babel Islands held an FGD in order to survey the satisfaction of DJPb application services consisting of SAKTI, MonSAKTI, MPN, Gaji Web, Om SPAN, and OM SPAN TKD.
• The BPS of the Babel Islands Province was represented by the Financial Working Team as a user of the SAKTI, OMSPAN and Gaji Web applications.
• The Head of the Babel DJPb Regional Office, Edih Mulyadi, said that the FGD aims to obtain feedback from users on the application system which is the backbone of the APBN implementation to be used as an evaluation for continuous improvement.
