The inauguration was led directly by the Head of Statistic of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province and attended by Statistic District employees. Belitung and Statistic of Belitung Timur Regency, as well as spiritual witnesses.

The 6 employees appointed consisted of the First Expert Statistician, the First Expert Computer Officer, the First Expert APBN Financial Management Analyst, and the Skilled APBN Financial Officer.
