In the context of implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Stage 2 Quality Management System (SMM) Audit, the BPS Babel Team again discussed with external auditors to discuss Opportunity For Improvement (OFI) to obtain an appropriate follow-up agreement for BPS Babel.
Follow-up is something that must be done as part of the SMM process.
