Excellence Service Workshop

On Wednesday 3 August 2022, BPS Babel held a Service Excellence Workshop in the 2nd Floor Meeting Hall. With speakers from SMK 3 Hospitality and BRI Pangkalpinang branch, they conveyed about public service best practices. This activity was held to support BPS Babel service activities towards the Clean Free Area to Serve (WBBM). Starting from the leadership, employees, security, to the secretary present in this activity to gain knowledge about hospitality (hospitality). Immediately at the beginning there were several points that were noted in the BPS Babel service, namely the lack of symbols in giving directions to guests, the absence of a door man for now. Hopefully, with this training, we hope to improve customer service even better.
