Excellent Service Training by Bank BRI

In order to improve the quality of service, BPS Kep Bangka Belitung Province held a Service Excellence Workshop which invited qualified resource persons from the Hospitality Vocational School and BRI Bank. This activity is a clear proof of the commitment of the BPS of Kep Bangka Belitung Province to realize excellent service in the field of statistics. Bank BRI gave an interesting proposal, namely to create a call center with a special number instead of a personal number. This is very useful so that the privacy of colleagues in the service is guaranteed. The rest of the existing service facilities they feel are sufficient with a few minor notes here and there.
